Project Overview
The Olympic Games 2024 are coming soon and since some athletes (judo, gymnastic, etc.) are going to stay over in the region of Alsace (France), the Judo Club Haguenau thought it was time to get an upgrade on their website. I was part of this martial arts club for approximately 14 years, I learned most of the things I know about judo and won many competitions with the support of my mentors. It is natural that I suggested redesigning their website.

The JCH website doesn’t have an optimal sitemap. The information is spread across different pages, which made it difficult to get an overview of the activities or the competitions for example. I've redesigned the architecture of the web page, to make it more user-friendly.
Before

The Design
The 'before' web page had a lot of contrast discrepancies. The typography wasn't the same everywhere, the colors didn't match, and so on. The all-color logo was no longer relevant, as the JCH had adopted the colors of the town of Haguenau. By using the colors of the new logo, I was able to make the website modern and simple, without an overload of information. While the design isn’t online yet, one day it will.
